“May the divine melody of Krishna’s flute fill our hearts with love, peace and joy.”

The spirit of Janmashtami came alive as the young learners of Class 1B presented a vibrant and heartwarming assembly celebrating the birth of Lord Krishna. The assembly beautifully blended devotion, music, dance and drama, allowing the children to portray the timeless story of Krishna’s birth and childhood with enthusiasm and innocence.

The children presented a delightful three-scene skit portraying the timeless story of Krishna’s birth — Vasudeva and Devaki in prison, the divine birth of Krishna, and the joyful Dahi Handi celebration in Gokul.

Adding charm and energy to the celebration was a lively performance on “Chhoti Chhoti Gaiya, Chhote Chhote Gwaal,” beautifully capturing the innocence and playful spirit of Bal Krishna. The children also enthusiastically participated in a Dahi Handi activity, recreating the festive tradition with excitement and team spirit.

It was a joyful celebration of love, faith, togetherness and the spirit of Janmashtami, leaving everyone with hearts full of joy and smiles.
