“Little Hands, Healthy Habits: Wellness Week!”

“Healthy habits built today create stronger, happier tomorrows.”

Health Week in the Pre-Primary Section was an ecstatic celebration of learning, laughter, and life skills! Through a series of thoughtfully planned activities, our young learners were introduced to the importance of adopting healthy practices in their daily routine.

The enthusiastic little ones donned their chef hats for a fun-filled Healthy Corn Chaat Making Activity, where they explored the joy of eating nutritious and balanced meals. Interactive group sessions on the Do’s and Don’ts of Healthy Living kept them actively engaged while reinforcing essential habits.

A special interaction with the infirmary in charge helped children understand basic first aid, where they even crafted their own dummy first aid kits, making learning both practical and memorable. The Healthy Plate Sorting Activity enabled them to identify nutritious food choices, while the handwashing demonstration and practice session instilled the importance of hygiene in a fun and effective way.

The week was filled with bright smiles, curious questions, and meaningful takeaways—where every child not only learned valuable lessons but also carried home habits that will last a lifetime.
