Ganesh Chaturthi was celebrated with great pomp and festive fervour in the Pre-Primary Section, filling the school with the spirit of devotion, joy and togetherness. The celebration commenced with a special assembly presented by the enthusiastic children of Nursery A and Nursery B, who beautifully portrayed fascinating mythological tales associated with Lord Ganesha. Through their expressive enactments, the children brought alive stories of Ganesha’s wisdom, courage and devotion, inspiring the young tweenies with meaningful lessons woven into the festive spirit.
The atmosphere soon resonated with the energetic beats of the dhol, melodious Ganesh songs and vibrant dance performances, transforming the celebration into a delightful confluence of devotion and merriment. The children swayed to the rhythm, celebrating Bappa with infectious enthusiasm and sparkling smiles.
The festive spirit continued in the classrooms, where the children engaged in creative activities and crafted Ganesha-themed takeaways with colourful materials and imaginative touches. These little creations became cherished reminders of a celebration that blended faith, creativity, culture and joyful learning.
