Gujarat day celebration
Gujarat Day or Gujarat Gaurav Divas, is a day of great significance for the people of Gujarat. Gujarat is one place that is aesthetically beautiful and full of art in every nook and corner of the state. This state is often referred to as the ‘Jewel of Western India’.
The colours of the Gujarat Day celebration unfolded at DPS Vapi through a special assembly on 1st May 2023. This special Day, celebrated the Golden Progressive years of the journey of Gujarat.
The assembly commenced with a prayer, thought for the day, and continued with some amazing facts and news updates. A melodious cultural folk song showcased the exquisiteness of the state’s age-old traditions most flawlessly. The cultural vivacity and prosperity of the state of Gujarat can well be captured through the melody of Gujarati folk Dance. Any Gujarati celebration seems incomplete without its Ras Garba, we witnessed a blend of meticulous footsteps and pure coordination, which was a treat to watch on the stage during the assembly. The day concluded with the National Anthem.
The Gujarat Day assembly shared the vivacious things we all desire to know about our state. In all, it was a day filled with great delight and enthusiasm.
